My Story

I learned business through real-world experience, not textbooks. I opened my first business with money earned from massaging full-time. I’ve owned, operated, and sold four profitable wellness centres and day spas. I bring blue-collar values to an industry that often feels disconnected from the realities of small business ownership.

My Role

I help small wellness businesses make the most of the resources they already have. My work focuses on motivating owners, managers, staff, and clients so the entire business becomes more cohesive, confident, and capable.
